Why mylocal5aday?

Local - bringing you fruit, veg, meat, bakery and deli products from the best local markets, producers and suppliers

5 a day - we are all aware of the need for a healthy, and affordable, diet. We hope to make this easy for everyone bringing not only competitively priced fresh produce, but exciting recipe ideas, cooking hints and tips, news about local food events and an online community forum to discuss any food or cooking issues - and we've even got a personal trainer to help give you general health and fitness advice.

What do we supply?

Primarily, we are a weekly fruit and/or veg box service. Sign up and we'll deliver you a fresh selection of fruit and veg each week.

Why are we different?

You can let us pick a seasonal selection for you - as happens with most box schemes - alternatively, you can pick exactly what you want to go in your box each week.

As well as the boxes though, you can use us like a regular greengrocer and just order the fruit and veg items you need.

We also supply freshly baked bread and rolls from Oliphants Bakers, a variety of meat products produced daily in Brightons by Thomas Johnstons Quality Butchers - using all Scottish reared meat. We also have a selection of deli produce from Taste Delicatessen in Linlithgow.

Where are we?

We are based in Muiravonside, between Linlithgow and Falkirk.

Where do we deliver?

We cover the West Lothian and Falkirk council areas, we will be starting to deliver into West Edinburgh, Fife and Stirling in the next few weeks.

No supermarkets, no processing, no unnecessary packaging - just fresh local produce delivered to your door.
